nonmagnetic conductive
disk measured in
respect to the external
part of electric circuit at
rest because there is
nothing else suitable
proving that induced
voltage is V=dΦ/dt=k·(ωrot- ωstat)
instead of V=∂Φ/∂t,
implying M validity.
